Well, a deathclaw and dynamite from a crazy bomber. Oh well, at least, I proved that I could stand up to an angry deathclaw with the armor I have on towards the end of this one. This won’t last long, however, as you will see in the next episode when we get into a bit of trouble with some much bigger deathclaws. If you haven’t guessed, and also skipped the first paragraph, I’m talking about deathclaws.Įverything goes great at first, with a few deathclaws exploding their way to Deathclaw Heaven and us getting the challenge completed for killing five deatclaws with dynamite (or other weapons like a katana). This organization is made up of nothing but giant mutated chameleon’s with giant claws, huge teeth, and a lot of speed. So instead of doing that, we’re going to head straight for Quarry Junction to take on a much friendlier organization. We start out on the Strip and then head on back to see Caesar, he thanks us for murdering a frail, 200-plus-year-old man by sending us on a suicide mission to talk to the Boomers.
It doesn’t matter, though, it’s going to be an explosively good time! It’s time to take on some more deathclaws in this episode of the Fallout New Vegas let’s play, and our hero and Veronica don’t do as well as I had thought that they would for the level they’re at.

Next, we finally finish the deathclaw egg quest for Jas in Sloan and she teaches us how to make said omelette, which is one of the best healing items in the entire game if you have high survival skills like we do. It’s not in the greatest shape, but it will end up doing well to repair the one that we already have. This also means that you can’t drop it to get that inventory weight back, so it’s best to just pick up the ammo, deathclaw eggs, and mini nuke that are also in the area.īack over where Ronnie’s standing, we can pick up a fat man near the pond that the biggest deathclaws are generally found standing near. It will just add the weight of the item to your pack without giving you the gun. Our hero starts at the deathclaw nest where I wouldn’t advise you to pick up the light machine gun if you go looting.
